GitHub Copilot in VS Code
Copilot Chat inside VS Code. Connected to TruthSpine, every chat in GitHub Copilot in VS Code starts already knowing your project. You lead the work. TruthSpine keeps the truth.
How it connects
Comes with the VS Code connection. Connect VS Code once, and Copilot Chat knows your project.
Works even when the TruthSpine window is closed.
Needs a GitHub Copilot plan.
Set up in three steps
- Get TruthSpine and add your project
Get TruthSpine for Windows, Mac or Linux. Open it and add a project folder or a GitHub repository. It learns the project by itself.
- Connect GitHub Copilot in VS Code
On the Connections page, press Connect next to GitHub Copilot in VS Code.
- Start a chat
Open your project and start a chat. It already knows your project.
What the chat knows
What was decided and why, what was done and what proves it, what failed, what is still open, and what comes next. The chat saves what it did as it works.
TruthSpine tells what a chat says it did apart from what your files prove.
