Most answers are below. For anything else, write to us or ask in the Discord. A person reads every message.
Reach us
- Email: support@truthspine.app. Tell us your computer, the AI app you used, what you did and what you saw. A screenshot helps.
- Discord: the TimeProofLabs server, in the questions channel.
- Support bundle: in Settings, under Help and recovery, press "Create support bundle" and attach it to your email. It leaves out your project files, your chats, your licence and your passwords.
Quick answers
A chat does not know my project
Check that the app shows under Connected on the Connections page. Then start a new chat, or say "Connect TruthSpine" once in the chat. Each app's page under Connectors says which.
An app does not connect
Press Connect again and read the line under the app. It tells you what is still needed, often a yes inside the app itself. If the app is not installed, it shows under Not installed.
A chat says it finished, but TruthSpine does not show it confirmed
TruthSpine keeps what a chat says apart from what your files prove. It shows as confirmed once a project file shows it.
Something says "No longer confirmed"
The file behind it changed. The next chat that works there will sort it out.
My trial ended
Your project files stay as they are. Buy TruthSpine from the store you installed from, or on Linux with the key from your purchase. Everything picks up where it stopped.
I bought on Linux and have no key
The key is on the thank-you page after you pay, and in your receipt email. Write to us with the email you paid with and we will send it again.
Moving to a new computer
Windows and Mac: install from the same store account. Linux: in Settings, choose "Deactivate this computer", then use your key on the new one.
Remote access says "not reachable"
TruthSpine must be open on your computer. If it is, open Remote access and follow what it says there.
Keeping and removing your data
Settings shows where TruthSpine keeps its data. You can save a copy, bring it back, delete one project's data, or delete everything. Your own project files are never deleted. The privacy page has the details.
