A paid V1 purchase provides perpetual access to V1 and all 1.x maintenance updates. Future major versions are separate purchases.

TruthSpine V1 is distributed through Microsoft Store and Mac App Store. Windows purchases use Microsoft Store durable add-ons; Mac purchases use Apple StoreKit.
Trial and device rules
TruthSpine includes a 14-day trial. On Windows, the trial starts when you acquire the one-time free Microsoft Store trial add-on, and reinstalling does not restart it. On Mac, the trial starts only after you choose it and Apple completes the StoreKit transaction. Marketplace ownership restores on eligible devices for the signed-in account without a custom device seat.
One-time purchase
TruthSpine V1 is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Eligibility, billing, restoration, and refunds follow the applicable app store. Stripe remains supported for legacy entitlements already issued through that channel.
Customer responsibility
Customers control the projects and services they connect, must have permission to use them, and remain responsible for reviewing agent work before relying on it.
Proprietary core
The protected desktop core may not be copied, resold, sublicensed, published, rented, or used to create a competing product. Thin connectors may carry a separate open-source license.
