What TruthSpine is

TruthSpine is a desktop app from TimeProofLabs LLC that keeps a record of your project on your computer and makes it available to the AI tools you connect. The app, its connectors and this website are ours; your project, its files and the record built from them are yours.

Trial and purchase

You may use TruthSpine free for 14 days. After that, the protected features pause until you buy a licence: a one-time payment for TruthSpine V1 and every 1.x update, US$99.99 at the launch price and US$249.99 at the regular price. Your project files are never deleted when a trial ends, and free connectors keep working.

On Windows the trial and purchase are handled by the Microsoft Store; on Mac by the Mac App Store. Their terms, prices in your region, and refund rules apply to those purchases, and the licence follows your store account on the devices that account allows. Where the Microsoft Store or Apple standard licence terms go further than these, they apply to store copies. On Linux you buy through Stripe and receive a licence key for up to three of your own Linux computers; you can move an activation from one computer to another from Settings.

Refunds, where they apply, are handled by the place you bought from under its terms: the Microsoft Store for Windows, the Mac App Store for Mac, and Stripe for Linux. We do not handle returns ourselves.

A licence is for you, or for the business you bought it for. It may not be resold or shared. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. If you use TruthSpine for a business, you confirm that you may agree to these terms on its behalf.

What you may do

Use TruthSpine on your own projects and the projects you are allowed to work on, connect the tools you use, and keep, download and move your records freely. The records are yours.

What you may not do

Copy, sell, rent or sublicense the app; remove or work around licensing; use the app to break the law or to take data you have no right to; or present TruthSpine's output as something we certified. Third-party marks shown in the app and on this site belong to their owners and only name the tools TruthSpine connects to.

What the record is, and is not

TruthSpine records what your project files and your connected AI tools report, and marks what has been confirmed by a project file. A record is evidence of what was reported and checked; it is not a guarantee that a claim is true, that a chat captured everything, or that a tool did what it said. You remain responsible for your project and for what you do with the record.

Third-party services

The AI tools and cloud agents you connect, the stores you buy from, Stripe, GitHub and Cloudflare are run by other companies under their own terms. Using TruthSpine with them means accepting those terms too. We are not responsible for their services, their availability or what they do with what you send them. A tool may change in a way that stops its connection working until we update TruthSpine; we fix confirmed breaks in the next update, but cannot promise every tool will keep working forever.

No warranty, limited liability

TruthSpine is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it is error-free or fit for every purpose, and we are not liable for loss of data, profit or business arising from its use, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

Changes and ending

We may change the app and these terms. Material changes to the terms are announced on this page, with the date above. You can stop using TruthSpine at any time; a licence already bought stays yours for V1. If you break these terms seriously, we may end your licence.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota and the United States. Any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts for Gregory County, South Dakota, and you agree to that venue. Questions go to support@truthspine.app.
